These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ID Konsept OÜ (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) and the client (“Client” or “you”) regarding professional cleaning and property management assistance in Albania.

1. Services Provided

1.1. The Company provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized vacation rental turnover services (Airbnb/Booking.com) in Albania. 1.2. Property management assistance includes, but is not limited to, key exchange coordination, laundry services, and restocking essential supplies as agreed upon in the specific service package.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Advance Notice: All bookings must be requested and confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the service date. 2.2. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client receives written confirmation (via Email or WhatsApp) and the invoice has been issued. 2.3. Accuracy: The Client is responsible for providing accurate property details, including size, number of rooms, and specific cleaning requirements.

3. Payment and Invoicing

3.1. Prepayment Policy: To guarantee availability, all services must be prepaid. 3.2. Payment Terms: Invoices must be settled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service. If payment is not received by this deadline, Konsept OÜ reserves the right to cancel the service. 3.3. Payment Methods: We accept European SEPA bank transfers and local Albanian payment methods as specified on the invoice. 3.4. Currency: All payments are to be made in the currency specified on the invoice (typically EUR).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. 4.2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. 4.3. Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or “no-shows” (where the cleaner cannot access the property), are non-refundable and will be charged at 100%.

5. Access to Property and Safety

5.1. Access: The Client must provide clear instructions for property access (e.g., lockbox codes, physical keys, or on-site personnel). 5.2. Utility Requirements: The Client must ensure that the property has functional electricity, running water (hot and cold), and adequate lighting. 5.3. Safety: We reserve the right to withdraw staff from a property if it poses a health or safety risk.

6. Liability and Claims

6.1. Reporting Damage: While we handle every property with care, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. 6.2. Limitations: Konsept OÜ is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not properly secured.
  • Loss of income due to guest reviews or platform penalties (Airbnb/Booking.com).
  • Issues caused by third-party maintenance (plumbing, electrical) not managed by us. 6.3. Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the specific service provided.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled in the courts of Estonia.
